My 5 year old requests this smoothie every morning for breakfast.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Green Smoothie
1/2 cup almond milk
handful spinach
1 ripe banana, fresh of frozen
1 tablespoon peanut butter or almond butter
1/2 tablespoon raw cocoa powder
1 good squeeze of honey
4 ice cubes (if using fresh banana)
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Makes 1 pint.
